Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science or related

2. More than 5 years’ work experience on motor drive software and control algorithm and at least 2 years’ experience on team management;

3. Good knowledge level about electronic circuit, Familiar with mainstream fieldbus, analog & digital circuits and drive & protection of popular power electronic components (MOSFET, IGBT, etc.); can apply them to electronic conversion circuit(inverter, rectifier, power supply);

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for software and hardware design review;

2. Lead software team to complete the development of control firmware, system software, application interface, communication protocol and user application software for relevant products as well as further technical support and continuous improvement in whole product life cycle.

3. Responsible for product technical document writing and test & calibration work instruction procedure making.

4. Responsible for software development and test process establishment, implementation and improvement as well as corresponding process supporting system & tooling establishment based on actual demands.

5. Existing MPC hardware and software related problems & issues solving and current design improving and perfecting based on field application experience; MPC localization technical support.

6. Control strategy and algorithm design and verification for new generation products.

7. Organize learning and training to ensure the continuous improvement of software R&D competency;

8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
