SSB自主研发的大功率变桨系统首台应用于上海电气3.6MW的海上风机，该风机于2010年8月并网成功。此台变桨系统是SSB技术工程部花费近半年时间自主研发，攻克各方面技术难题，成功研制出抗盐，抗腐以及防潮均满足C4标准的大功率变桨系统。此外，SSB还将在大兆瓦级风机上的领先经验应用在了浙江运达2.5MW, 金风3.0MW和东汽2.5MW等风机产品上。以上并网成功的案例和客户对于SSB变桨系统的认可充分说明SSB在风电行业内技术优势，创新能力，可靠性。

 

SEwind 3.6MW offshore wind turbine adopts SSB self-developed large Mega Watt pitch system, which is the very first pitch system to offshore turbine made in China.  This turbine was successfully connected into grid by August of 2010.  This pitch system development took almost half a year and was done by SSB technical and engineering department. After conquering various technical difficulties the system has proved to be fully competent as anti-salt, anticorrosion and  moisture proof.  Besides, SSB advanced pitch system experience was also applied to Yunda 2.5MW, Goldwind 3.0MW and Dongfang Turbine 2.5MW.  All those successful experience and customer’s recognition represents the leading technical advantages, great innovation and reliability.
